Delete Your Account — The Genius Prof

You can permanently delete your The Genius Prof account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1 — From inside the app (immediate)

1. Open The Genius Prof app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — Send us a request

If you cannot open the app, contact us through the support chat on dashxgenuis.supreemtechs.com or from the Support Center. Write "Delete my account" and include the name and phone number or email registered on your account. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
• Your learning data: program enrollments, progress, quiz results, notes and certificates.
• Your registered devices and app sessions.

Some records may be kept for a limited period only where the law requires it (for example, financial records). Deletion cannot be undone.

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا في أي وقت:

1. من داخل التطبيق: افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول، ثم اختر حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، وأكّد الطلب.
2. بطلب إلينا: تواصل معنا من خلال محادثة الدعم على الموقع أو من مركز الدعم، واكتب «حذف حسابي» مع الاسم ورقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل، ونُتمّ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.

يشمل الحذف بيانات الملف الشخصي، والاشتراكات، والتقدّم، ونتائج الاختبارات، والشهادات، والأجهزة المسجّلة. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
